Welcome to StopThisHeat.com. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from it. StopThisHeat.com is a trading name of ASJM Global LTD, a company registered in England & Wales. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. The contract between us
Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept your offer (and a binding contract is formed) when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch, for example where stock is unavailable or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In that case we will refund any payment in full.
2. Price and payment
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our secure payment provider. Promotional pricing (such as the current £79 heatwave price, reduced from £125) is available while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time.
3. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders from our UK warehouse within 1–3 working days. While the vast majority of orders arrive within this window, occasional delays can occur — for example during heatwave demand peaks, courier disruption, adverse weather or stock replenishment. We will keep you informed by email if your order is delayed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
4. Your right to cancel (consumer rights)
If you are a consumer based in the UK, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to return an item.
5. Warranty
Each unit is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the price paid for the goods.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and the StopThisHeat brand — is owned by or licensed to ASJM Global LTD and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
