Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day free returns

We offer a 30-day free returns policy on all unused products. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be:

  • Unused and in original, resaleable condition
  • Returned in the original packaging, including all accessories (vent hose, window bracket, remote, manual)
  • Accompanied by your order number

Units that have been installed, vented, or show signs of use are not eligible for a free return. In that case please contact us — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply (faulty, not-as-described or unfit-for-purpose goods).

How to start a return

  1. Email us via the contact page with your order number.
  2. We will reply with a prepaid returns label and instructions within 1 working day.
  3. Package the unit in its original box and attach the label.
  4. Drop off at your nearest courier point.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 days to display the refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If your unit arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact us straight away with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
