Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our UK warehouse to addresses across mainland Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the UK islands.
Delivery times
Standard delivery is 1–3 working days from the day your order is placed. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day.
While we hit this window for the vast majority of orders, occasional delays can happen. Causes may include:
- Heatwave demand peaks — order volumes can spike rapidly during hot spells
- Courier network disruption or adverse weather
- Remote postcodes (Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland)
- Stock replenishment from our supplier
If your order is delayed, we will contact you by email with an update. You can also reach our UK team via the contact page at any time.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update with the courier.
Delivery charges
Standard UK delivery is free on every order during our heatwave sale.
Failed deliveries
If a courier is unable to deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply where an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
International orders
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
